Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

1. ONE child not yet 12 years old sharing a room with two adults stays free on Terms booked (Roll-away Bed or Cot). Note: Cot replaces Roll-away Bed.

 

2. SECOND child not yet 12 years old sharing a Family Room with two adults receives 50% discount on Bed & Breakfast rates.



3. THIRD adult (12 years old and over) sharing any applicable room type with two adults is entitled to a 30% discount on Bed & Breakfast rates.



4. ONE adult and ONE child not yet 12 years old: Single room charge.



5. ONE adult and TWO children not yet 12 years old sharing a room: Adults pays 50% in Twin Room rate and children receive 50% discount on Bed & Breakfast rates.



6. Children not yet 12 years old staying in separate room from their parents receive a 20% discount on the applicable rates for the separate room on Bed & Breakfast rates.
