Impression about the travel agent (Mariana Cristina): F buna impresie despre agentul direct booking, in afara faptului ca s-a omis facturarea si emiterea asigurarii de sanatate/storno. Impresie proasta insa despre ghidul local al agentiei care nu a avut o atitudine adecvata.
