In general multumita dar nu inteleg de ce in 20 iunie pretul pachetului meu este de 5.198 lei si cu o zi inainte de intrare (26 iulie) pe booking acelasi pachet , in aceleasi conditii si perioada este 4.172 lei. Inteleg ca s-au redus preturile pentru a se atrage turisti, dar diferenta este prea mare , avand in vedere ca mi s-au si rulat banii mei circa o luna.Mi se pare ca e lipsa fair play fata de client.
Impression about the travel agent (Adrian Marius): Comunicarea cu agentul a fost ok. agentul trebuie sa aibe permisiunea de a pune la dispozitie variante care sa fie prezentate clientului in asa fel incat sa fie prezentate si punctele tari si punctele slabe ale pachetelor turistice alese de client , incluzand si observatiile de mai sus.
