Sunt foarte bune,singurul lucru negativ este să nu mai colaborați cu compania aeriana taROM.La plecarea din țară a avut intarziere 45 minute,iar la plecarea din Larnaca a avut intarziere o oră și cel mai grav a fost atunci cand am ajuns in țară am așteptat bagajele 2 ore și jumatate

Impression about the travel agent (Larisa): Foarte ok, ne-a ajutat cu toate informatiile pe care le detinea (mai ales la plecarea din Egipt unde am avut o mare intarziere). Ne-a ajutat cu rezervarea, cu toate modificarile. Ne-a placut foarte mult interactiunea cu dansa si, mai ales, faptul ca a fost comunicativa si ne-a adus la cunostinta absolut orice modificare aparea iar cand ne-a fost modificata data de plecare, ne-a raspuns la telefon, ne-a ajutat sa ne linistim, chiar a fost extrem de linistitoare si incurajanta discutia cu dansa.
