Pai nu prea am interactionat cu reprezentantul de acolo. Decat cand am cerut date despre trasfer inapoi si ne-a prezentat pe scrut excursiile, mult mai scumpe decat alte variante, din pacate. asa ca am ales sa mergem cu altii. a fost ok. Iar referitor la servicii, ok, dar lispeste total interactiunea umana. totul este din click, card, email automatizat de cele mai multe ori.
Impression about the travel agent (Camelia): Ce scriam mia sus, procesul de cautare, rezervare, confirmare e destul de automatizat. Mie mi-a lipsit relationarea directa, umana, chiar daca stiu ca agentii sunt ocupati acum in sezon si mai mult, dar nu am simtit ca neaparat cuiva i-a pasat de mine, de noi, totul e tratat ca un task ce trebuie rezolvat. atat. Fara emotie, fara prea multa empatie. Bine, nici nu am solicitat prea multa atentie, cred. decat cu 2-3 zile inainte de plecare cand inca nu aveam biletul de avion si nici detalii despre zbor, m-am agitat putin.
