Firstly, as the complex is gated, you will need to gain access with a code 2012#. Our Main Entrance gate, which is just outside our reception is on Nikolaou Nikolaidi Avenue.
Our current reception operating hours are between 09:00 and 17:00pm Monday to Saturday and 10:00 to 14:00 on a Sunday .
As of 1st May 2019 until 31st of October 2019 our reception will be operational between 07:30 am and 02:30am the next morning, 7 days of the week.
If you arrive outside of these operating hours, please contact our security team at +357- 96448506 and they will provide the keys to your residence. Please do come and visit us at reception the following morning in order to complete the registration process and receive further information about the complex.
