The Ivi Mare - Designed for Adults is a new luxury 5 star hotel - designed for adults with modern contemporary design, opened in May 2019. It is a beachfront hotel, 12km from Paphos airport and half an hour stroll from the Medieval Castle of Paphos.

The Ivi Mare - Designed for Adults offers superior rooms and suites with outdoor jacuzzi. At the hotel, all superior rooms and suites are equipped with a balcony, private bathroom with a bath or shower, while many rooms include front sea views. At The Ivi Mare each room is equipped with a mini bar, safe free of charge, tea & coffee making facilities, bathrobes and slippers.

The Ivi Mare - Designed for Adults operates on the basis of Bed & Breakfast, Half-Board and Premium All-Inclusive.

Half-board includes:

Breakfast and lunch or dinner being served at its main bufet restaurant. Clients can also choose to dine at any of the hotel's two themed a la carte restaurants, Greek Restaurant ‘Alati Greek Flavours’ and Asian Fusion Restaurant ‘Fiki Japanese Fusion’ with a set menu upon reservation. (guests can dine in once per week in each a la carte restaurant)

Premium All-Inclusive includes:

Everything included in the Half Board Package, a selection of tasteful snacks served 11:00 - 12:30 and 15:00 - 17:00 and tea time experience. Unlimited imported & local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (selected brands) at all bars from 10:00 to 24:00 as well as during lunch & dinner at all restaurants. In your mini bar daily: 2 bottles of mineral water, 2 soft drinks, 2 beers and 2 juices. At an extra charge: Some selected dishes in the themed restaurants and certain premium drinks & wines in the bars and restaurants

The hotel’s facilities include the largest outdoor pool in Paphos with a size of 750 sq.m, including a 10-seated jacuzzi, an indoor pool as well as a plunge pool, a spa, featuring fitness room, sauna, steam room, massage services etc.

As soon as any new Taxes in Greece or Cyprus are implemented by their respective government authorities with immediate effect, the company reserves the right to revise and readjust displayed prices accordingly.

All bookings captured until the voting date will be honored.

Buffet Offering

The hotel reserves the right to change the buffet offering to a choice of set menus during the winter months.

Hotel directions:

From Paphos International Airport

• Leaving Paphos Airport, follow the signs to the Highway and then on to Paphos.


• Turn Left and follow the road straight.


• After a few kilometers the highway ends at a big roundabout.


• Take the first exit to the left and keep going straight.


• You will then pass through 2 sets of traffic lights and reach another roundabout. (on your right hand side you can see the Paphos Football stadium).


• Take the 2nd exit and keep straight toward the sea front. Pass another set of traffic lights and continue straight.


• When you reach a small round take the 2nd exit and carry on straight.


• At the end of the road there is a 'T-Junction'.


• Turn left and continue straight for about 900 meters until you reach a small roundabout


• Take the 3rd exit and The Ivi Mare is on your left hand side.
