Payment Policy:

• A valid debit card is required to guarantee all reservations.


• Full payment may be required at the time of booking.


• The hotel reserves the right to full pre-authorize the provided card prior to arrival to ensure validity.


• Any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled upon check-out.


• For security reasons, the credit card used for prepayment must be presented upon check-in. If the cardholder is not present, an authorization form must be completed in advance.


• The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservations if payment is invalid.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations made subject to the selected rate plan will be charged accordingly.


• In case of a no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged.


• Non-refundable bookings are fully charged at the time of booking and cannot be modified or canceled.

• A valid passport or government-issued ID and a debit card must be presented at check-in.


• The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.


• The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in to guests who do not provide valid identification or a valid payment method.


• Any damages to hotel property caused by a guest will be charged to the provided debit card.
