As soon as any new Taxes in Greece or Cyprus are implemented by their respective government authorities with immediate effect, the company reserves the right to revise and readjust displayed prices accordingly.

All bookings captured until the voting date will be honored.

Hotel directions:

From Larnaca International Airport

• From airport's exit turn left and follow the high way direction Paralimni-Protaras.


• After 30-40 minutes drive you get on the round about outside Ayia Napa, turn left and follow direction Paralimni-Protaras


• On the second round about, outside Paralimni, turn right and drive straight direction to Protaras.


• On the traffic light turn left and then 200m turn right.


• Take the second turn on the left, drive 100m and you will find Louis Althea Beach.

Children policy:

Infants are considered up to 1.99 years of age and are free of charge and are included in the Min/Max chd occupancy.

Children are considered from 2 years of age up to 11.99.

Please also note that the age of children refers to the time of Check-in in the hotel and not at the time of booking.

1st child sharing parents room free of charge, 2nd child sharing parents room variable discount on terms booked.
